IE dose not open correctly

IE 6 Opens a small window when i click a link from my
outlook instead of a full window. Were do i make the
changes for a full window

You see where it says x in the top right? well just to the
left of that is a big box. click it and it will be bigger

Jake i no that part. I want it to default to a full
screen with out having to enlarge it.

open such a small window>close ALL other IE windows>drag the small window to
the size you want it with the mouse>then close with the X. Now try it again?

Right click IE, click properties, click Run, select

Maximized.
