IE Crashing constantly

Ok here we go:
Everytime i go to what a webpage that seems to be loading pictures (varies
types) My IE crashes giving me several error messages as to why.i have run
spywareremoval and adware removal checked my log by myself and through others
and everything seems to be ok the newest error message its giving me is a
COMCTL.DLL error then the technical side of the message lists 30+ .dll issues.

Any help would be appreciated.
