ie crashes

winxp, ie keeps crashing. 1 of 20 times it says flash
caused the crash. 19 of 20 times it says mshtml.dll
caused the crash. I run up to date virus scanner and run
spybot and ad-aware. Anyone have any ideas why the
crashes.
