Do a thorough check for malware following all of the steps at one of these

So How Did I Get Infected Anyway?
For quite a few people it's by installing Messenger Plus, whose ads for
malware don't identify the malware as such and try to convince you that you
owe it to the author. See also:

Don't ever do a "default" install of anything. Always choose Custom and see
what else is being carried along. Don't install any extras you're not sure
of.

<title>Microsoft Security Bulletin MS07-033 - Critical: Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer (933566)</title>

It looks as if you have that update and that IE7 users didn't get that mod.
FWIW the site didn't give me any trouble with IE7. However, when I traced
opening it in an already opened browser (using ProcMon) there were no
entries for shlwapi.dll at all. So, you could also check to see if you have
the same symptom in those cases too.

I can copy the full error file that it say as it makes if you want?

I'm not sure what you're referring to. The only standard diagnostic that I can
think of which would be a useful supplement to your Error Signature is the
Stack Back Trace for the crashing thread (e.g. as found in drwtsn32.log
after the FAULT -> line.)

Good luck
