IE Content Password

I have a user that setup a password for the content filters on their
computer at home. They have XP Home.
They went to IE, went to tools, then clicked on the CONTENT tab. They
enabled the CONTENT ADVISOR and set a password, but now, they forgot what
the password is so they are not able to view anything.

How can they reset the password?
