IE Closes Everytime A New Window/Pop-up Appears

Every time I click on a link that opens to a new window,
Internet Explorer browser closes. Or if a pop-up appears,
the browser closes. Help?

Remove->Press OK

Congratulations! Why did you go in that direction?
 
It was a solution I found on the net so I thought I'd
give it a try. I was hesitant about it since I thought it
had nothing to do with IE but what the heck!
