IE Clear History...HELP PLEASE

When I open properties on IE the "Clear History" and "days to keep in
history" are grayed out and I cant clear or select days. This is a laptop I
have at work and I have administrative rights.

Group Policy (gpedit.msc)

User Configuration -> Admin Templates -> Windows Components -> Internet Explorer

Disable the setting named "Disable changing history settings"
