IE can't access a site, but Netscape can

Good morning. I have one user on our domain who cannot access our town's
website when in IE, but can when in Netscape. Everyone else is fine so it's
gotta be an IE setting somewhere on her pc, but I've reset everything to the
default settings and still she can't access the site. I uninstalled IE and
reinstalled and that didn't work either. Any ideas what I might be missing?
Thanks very much.

I would change the Internet Options setting to allow all cookies as a test
for this. If it starts working, add the site's URL in the Trusted Zone and
set the cookie control back to medium or wherever you desire.
Please post your results back here for us to know. Thanks.

Neither worked.

Not necessarily. Which OS? Certain malware seem to have
a way to block specific applications from using the TCP-IP stack.
Use LSP as a search term to find out more about this possibility.

(MSN search for
LSP "Layered Service Provider"
)

Good luck
