IE Cannot 'Save As'

One of my friend has a strange problem. All of a sudden he
cannot perform a 'Save As' operation in IE.

He is browsing using IE 6.0, normally he right clicks and
select 'save as' in the pop up menu, but now the item is
greyed out and disabled.

Any hints where to look?

Check Internet Options -> Security. If Internet zone is customized, check if
file downloads have been disabled.
