IE blank page / not respond

When I open IE it loads a blank page and only gets a max 5
bars and nothing else happens. Have run Ad-aware 4 times
and still nothing. I loaded Netscape and it works fine.

Try clearing the cache.
IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Delete files (and delete offline
content.) It's often recommended that the TIF
folder be kept at about 50 MB (Settings.)

Try running repair on IE:
