IE and OE dektop icons

What is the command I type in at the RUN dialog box to
restore Internet Explorer and Outlook Express icons?

You should access Display Properties, then Desktop, and at the bottom of the
window there is a button that allows you to customize desktop icons.

Other way to do it is to copy the icons directly from the star menu.
 
That is a time consuming and round-about way to do it.
(especially when you need to do it on many PC's, and not
all have XP)
There is a command to type at the RUN dialog box which
does it all in one hit, the same thing that is performed
during an install of IE6 sp1 for eg.
