When in IE (Internet Explorer), if you try to open a PDF file you get a
debug error and IE shuts-down or goes back to the last page.

I have tried the repair feature in Adobe, i have installed all the
updates, and i have scanned a couple forums. So far - no luck.

If Acrobat is opened before i click the link to open the file, it will
work flawlessly. But any other way and it'll fail. Can anyone offer a
suggestion? I'm about to format that mug :P

Thanks,
Flash

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Adobe software (and any current
updates for that program)?

Personally, I dislike their browser plugin. It works good in one version
and terrible in another. Rather than dealing with the inconsistency, I
download pdf files whenever possible (right click on link and select 'save
target as') and then open the downloaded pdf file with a double click.

I'll try this first thing tomorrow and let you know how it goes.
Thanks.
Anything else to try while i'm at it?

Adobe tech support? It is their plug-in that is misbehaving for you...
