IE 8,x How do I remove Ask.com Nero Toolbar.?

Here are four things to try:

1. Open Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, locate the Ask Toolbar, and
remove.

2. Open Internet Properties, Programs tab, click the "Manage Add-Ons"
button and disable any Ask toolbars.

3. Open IE, click Tools, Manage Add-Ons, and do the same thing.

4. Install Winpatrol, double-click Scotty (in the Notification area),
click the "IE Helpers" tab, click the Ask Toolbar, click "Remove" at the
bottom of the screen.
