IE 7 question

When I had IE 6 and the cursor was placed over an image, I would see a
notation asking something about did I want to save image.
Now that I have IE 7 I do not notice this notation any longer, when cursor
is placed over an image.
Has this feature been deleted from IE 7? If not, how can I get it to work?

IIRC I believe that was a feature MS was forced to turn off by court order.
I may be wrong but I think Sun Microsystems had sued them. Something about
their use of Java.
