IE 7 can not browse.

Hi,
Here is my IE issue. when I launch IE 7 sometime, I click to a link I receive message saying that "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for inconvenience". When I clicked on report It shows this information as follows
Error signature
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer:7.0.6000.16544 ModName: kernel 32.dll
ModeVer:5.1.2600.3119 Offset:00012a5b
.....
I tried to research for this problem in the internet and try to do following
1. Disable third party browse extension
2. Diable Add-on
3. Scan for spyware
4. Re register Kernel32.dll

Howerver, the problem is not solved. What should I do?
I am very thankful for any suggestions to solve this problem

It does not matter with the version.
It happened with IE6 then I updated to IE7 but the issue still exists.
Please ask in IE7 newsgroup...
