IE 7 beta 3 Incompatible with PowerBuilder

I use Sybase PowerBuilder 10.5 to develop applications for several clients.
In some applications there are static hyperlinks to websites. These
hyperlinks work with Internet Explorer 6.x installed. When testing the
PowerBuilder app with IE 7 beta 3 these hyperlinks no longer work. The
browser opens and stays at the default home page. Does anyone know how I can
pass this along to the IE 7 development team? They definitely changed
something and do not have backward compatibility.
