IE 7 annoyance

Not sure if this is a Vista or IE7 problem . When IE7 opens another window
it does at a smaller size then I want. I resize with a mouse and close the
window but next time it always reopens at the original annoying size ( under
WinXP if you resized and closed windows would remember it for the next
time ).

Before closing the IE Window, hit the F5 key or the refresh button. See if
that helps.

Hold down <shift> when closing the window with the X, and see if that
helps. You can also try <ctrl>.

if after opening a window you then use CNTRL+N (new window)
stretch the new window using the mouse.
when done.
close the origional smaller window.
then holding SHIFT key, close IE.
