IE 7 a high-priority update?

When IE 7 for Windows XP SP2 is released out of beta, will Microsoft
designate it a high-priority update, or an optional one? If it's
high-priority, then XP SP2 users with automatic updates turned will get IE 7
automatically.
 
If history is any guide with previous versions, probably yes - due to
security updates incorporated into IE 7.
Just my WAG. ;-)
