IE 7.0/VISTA not caching Username & password

I am not sure if this is a VISTA or IE 7.0 issue/setting but I am seeing the
following on 2 VISTA clients.

When the user visits a website and check on the site to save their Username
& Password for future visits, neither are cached for the next visit. Where
in IE or VISTA can I ensure these are cached. These were previously
working...
