IE 7.0 beta

I've installed the beta version of IE 7.0 and have run into an issue (I
guess that is the deal with beta's though). The information bar pops
up on every page and says "Internet Explorer is currently running with
add-ons disabled". I spent about 5 hours trying to solve the issue.

All of 'em are no help. Anyone have any suggestions.

If i recall in the addon manager you can run IE in no addon mode like safe
mode.
