Uninstalling IE 7.0 Beta

I installed the IE 7.0 Beta...much prefer the IE 6.0 as the 7.0 does not have
the Refresh etc tools that I am used to and need desperately for eBay...I
have tried system restore but it will not restore to before I installed
7.0...Nor does it show up in Add and Remove Programs....nor can I delete it
the stupid way as it says it is being used...I closed everything in my task
bar...NO Luck...How do I get rid of 7.0 so I can reinstall 6.0? It will not
let me reinstall 6.0 as it says "There is a newer version and setup will not
continue"...I want my 6.0 BACK...HELP....

There is a refresh button on IE7. Do you not see it? Or do you just dislike
it?
Also, pressing F5 refreshes your screen as well.

Uninstalling IE7 will automatically return your system to IE6.

To uninstall Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 and return to Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP:

1. Click "Start," and then click "Control Panel."
2. Click "Add or Remove Programs."
3. Check "Show Updates" at the top of the dialog box.
4. Scroll down the list to "Windows XP - Software Updates," select "Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview," and then click
"Change/Remove."
5. If "Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2" does not exist, go to Start > Run and type:

%windir%\$NtUninstallie7bet2p$\spuninst\spuninst.exe

(To do this, you need to have "view hidden folders" enabled.)

If I remember correctly in the add/remove check the show updates box
and you should see IE 7. When you remove IE 7 you will have 6.0 back
without having to reinstall.
