Help:

When I try to launch my Internet Explorer, nothing happens.
The only way I can get on the Internet is I have to use
Netscape. My Outlook still works but not explorer.

Any ideas.

do this start, control panal, network connections,
internet options, advanced ,uncheck 'enable 3rd party
browser extensions',close and see if it will open and
then run spybot from safer-networking.org update and
scan and remove junk.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
