IE 6 Cannot Access Internet; Other Apps Can

Some setting has been changed, apparently, in either IE
Explorer 6 or Norton Internet Security that is blocking IE
Explorer from accessing the Internet. My home page is the
plain vanilla CNN.COM but it does not now load. I am able
to access the internet via Outlook and Netscape.

I am on a Linksys Wireless Router for my internet access.

Does anyone have any clues on what has been changed? I
really prefer IE 6 to Netscape!!
