IE 6

Trying to exit Internet Explorer, I click on File | close
but this only closes one page. I then must do that for
every Web page I have open. Surely there must be a way to
simply exit Internet Explorer? (Netscape, which I had
used before, had an File|Exit command).

right-click on the Internet Explorer icon in the task bar
(it should also display how many instances of IE you have
open) and choose "Close Group"...this will close all
instances of IE.
