IE 6 won't load page on initial attempt, must refresh

Since installing IE 6 service pack 1...I have to click the
refresh icon for the page to load. I get a
message "cannot find server"...after I refresh it comes
up. I search the windows database for help but found
nothing. It worked fine when I first installed IE6 ...its
only been happening since the update was applied.
