IE 6 pauses loading pages until refresh is clicked

When I click to move to a new page the blank page comes up but the loading
bar at the bottom does not start until I click refresh. Once refresh is
clicked it loads fine.
 
maybe too fast mouse action. do you have enough ram? msn
browser is good for this kind a thing.
