IE 6 w/h SP1 doesn't allow access to Password field when tab

Hi,

I've had this problem for a while now. I'm using IE 6 with all the latest
and greatest updates yet I've run into this problem.

When trying to login on a site I enter username and then TAB. But the
password field doesn't become active, has no focus?! If I TAB again the next
field is highlighted. I tried using SHIFT+TAB, still no use.

Anyone has any ideas??

Can you put the mouse cursor in the password field and left click to make it
active?

Hi,

Yeah mouse works fine, but I use keyboard more than the mouse.

My Specs are:

OS: ME
Processor: Pentium 3
RAM: 383 MB
HDD: 60 GB
