IE 6 Tools/Internet Options restricted

Hope someone can help with this! For no seeming reason(meaning I didn't change any settings), the Tools/Internet Options brings up an information window saying that "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator".

Humph! I AM the SysAdmin - lol. I've looked over all the settings - I can get to Internet Options through the Control Panel. Can't seem to find what setting is causing this . .

Anyone else out there have this problem, or have a fix for it

Try this registry fix:

http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/RepairTabs.reg
1) Restores the missing Tabs in IE (usually spyware related)
2) Unlocks the grayed-out Home Page section
3) Removes the Administrator message in Internet Options
