IE 6 sp1 hangs on startup

Hello, I recently accidentally deleted all the applications in the Temporary
Internet Files Folder when I went into View Objects - Now when I attempt to
start up IE, it hangs when it starts filling out the page - My home page is
set for a road runner site which has flash - I'm wondering if I deleted apps
that are required for flash or other services upon startup - If I go to a
page with no flash (text only) such as IE support pages, I don't have a
problem - but if I try to go to Yahoo or other with pictures, my system hangs
and I have to do a hard re-boot - Does anyone have any idea what I might
could do to fix the problem - I uninstalled IE 6.1 and reinstalled, but it
didn't fix the problem...thx

While you're there, you could also get Shockwave Player
