IE 6 Sizing ?

I want IE 6 to open in the same place and the same size each time, is there
a way to make it do this. It usually opens smaller than I want and usually
never in the same location on the screen.

Or:

Click on the center tab open the upper right corner of the screen, then do
the
following:

Pass the cursor over the right side of the screen until you get a two ended
arrow <--->, then hold the left mouse button down and drag the edge of the
screen to the right as far as you want it. Then do the same on all the other
sides until it fills the screen. Then close the Explorer and see it the
screen is
now fully open.

Actually I want it to open about 3/4 the width of the screen, not the whole
width but the entire height.
