IE 6 Screen is 1/2 size?

W XP PRO SP 2 IE 6 OE 6
Don't what happen but all of a sudden my IE screen opens at about half size?
Have to hit enlarge top right corner or pull screen around until it fits
full size. The when I click on IE again happens all over again????
Is there a correction for this?

Windows remembers the size of the last Normal IE window closed.
Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.

IE 6 I get 2 IE open windows?

In Windows Explorer click Tools | Folder Options. Is Single click selected?

Do not have a folder option under Tools IE 6 WXP SP 2?????
Where else can I change it?

Well, I thought it was set to single click and interpreting a double click
as wanting to open two instances of IE.
