IE 6 problem

When I scroll on Internet Explorer 6 the window stutters.
All my video drivers are intalled correctly and I was
wondering if it is the program or my hardware. Thanks

Say it isn't so not another bug in a windows hotfix??
It can't be!!!!! This is another example on why you
should NOT install updates as soon as one is released.
Has any one at M/S ever heard of TESTING?
