IE 6 Privacy Warning

A few days ago we used the Group Policy Editor to set via
GPO (Internet Explorer Maintenance) the domain names we
be recognized as Private Intranet sites within our
organization.
That had the nasty secondary effect of showing the
Internet Explorer Privacy Warning dialog to all the users
everytime they restarted their computers when submitting
a form in spite of having the 'Do not show this warning
again' box checked.
I found one newsgroup thread and one KB article on this
subject but i havent been able to solve the problem:

Anybody knows exactly how the registry values
PrivDiscUiShown and PrivacyAdvanced are used in IE 6?

Thank you in advance.

Update:
It also resets the 'Automatically Detect Proxy Settings'
in the connection tab, happens between renoots too.
