IE 6, Outlook and Outlook Express don't start...

I have Windows XP, IE 6. Suddenly, I don't know the reason, IE6,
Outlook Express and Outlook (Office) have the same problem: the
program draws the window, but don't start. I think I've missing
somthing, but I don't know what. Can anyone help?

I'm having close to the same problem (a few posts lower).
After installing office, IE will not run. I double click
on it and it acts as if there's nothing there, but
suddenly, out of nowhere, it starts. I didn't have this
problem until Office 2003 came. Freakin' Microsoft...I
hate them.
