IE 6 Options

Hallo!
I have a problem to set the mail program in the
Tools/Option Menu. In particular, no mail software appears
in the mail tab even if Outlook Express 6 is correctly
installed and working out.
I can not understand the cause of this trouble.
Is somebody able to help to solve this problem?
