OK so now I really screwed up my browser (IE 6.0). I
purchased System Mechanic and ran the services to deelete
broken chains and "old" files. Now IE gives me a "No Page
To Display" message on anything I try to access. I have
no internet access. I have tried reinstalling IE, running
the fix for IE and a number of other things but nothing
works. My access to the internet outside of the browser
is fine. IE just does not work. HELP!!

Joe,

Not sure which entries iolo deleted. iolo System Mechanic creates UNDO.reg entries, you may try restoring those files and see if it works. If that does not help, you may try this fix:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/IEFix.exe

Thanks very much for your suggestions. I tried both to no
avail. However I did solve the problem. Eventhough I had
the Iolo pop-up blocker de-activated it was still
blocking all web pages. Once I exited out of the blocker
everything worked fine. I guess it is a bug in System
Mechanic 4.

Regards, Joe
