IE 6 keeps opening multiple windows without any help from me

When I open up Internet Explorer it should come up to the
Google Home Page but what also happens is approximately
27 other Internet Explorer Windows also open with a
address of http://a.as-eu.falkag.net/dat/dlv/aslframe.html
I have checked that Google is home page but still keeps
happening, any clues please?

Sounds like Spyware/Malware, etc.
