IE 6 keeps moving

Ever since the introduction of IE 6 it's been driving me crazey. With IE5
and older you could load it and place and resize it. It would always launch
back to the size and location you specified. This is what I want.

Now comes IE 6. It remembers the size you want but loads in a different
postion every time you load it. Is there ANY way to edit the registry and
patch it so it functions the old way?

I know no workaround other than a tiny little program that
pushes it back where you want it with just one mouse click. Does
the same to a few other offending programs, Windows Explorer and
Outlook Express.

The program is ReSizeExplorer by G. C. I have already asked him
whether it can be downloaded anywhere, as I couldn't find it
(except on my own computer).

If you want it and reply to this message, I'll try to get it for
you, but I cannot redistribute it without the author's consent.
