IE 6 hang up

My internet explorer is "hanging up" I checked the error
logs and said that it was a basic hang up and refered me
to microsoft for more information. Its maxing the CPU
usage out causing it to hang. Even if i shut down every
running program it still hangs up then i have to use the
task manager to shut it down. Any suggestions? Running XP
profession edition.
 
Mine IE 6 (WinME platform) hangs the computer on exit for about 30 sec.
I am looking for solution too.
