IE 6 ftp problem

Our PC at work is using Windows 98. We have IE 6 SP1. I
need to post to an ftp site for some software support, but
IE says it needs to get "Browser Enhancements" to access
this site, but cannot get them at this time. I went to
Windows Update, but there isn't anything there to get.
Under Internet Options/Advanced there are no selections
for viewing ftp sites. Does anyone know of a patch or fix?

Have you thought of using a different program such as
cute ftp?
