IE 6 Flaky

Explorer stops responding, hangs, or crashes. Scpript
errors, wants to debug various web pages. This started
about 3 weeks ago after latest update. Any ideas?

Uninstall the last update. Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Internet
Explorer 0824145.

Then wait for the next IE update, which will fix whatever is wrong with the
last update.

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.

Sometimes there's a corrupt file in the cache and one must go to Tools |
Internet Options and click Delete Files.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.

Updating script 5.6 seems to have fixed the problem.
