IE 6 Display Problem

Ted

I'm running IE 6 with XP Pro on a Dell Inspiron 8200 and
Dell Dimension 2400. While viewing the
www.barringtonchamber.org website the list on left side
of page truncates on the 8200. I've tried changing the
various text, encoding, font, display settings but cannot
get the entire list to display. Increasing the text size
truncates more of the items on the list. Any
suggestions?

Increasing the text size truncates more of the items on the list.

I can only reproduce your symptom with Accessibility option
Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages
(Alt-T,O,Alt-e,z)

It looks as if the specified font is smaller than the smallest font
I get with View, Text size, Smallest (Alt-V,x,a). Then because
the list is right-justified to satisfy the long list element, instead of that
one element being truncated they all are.

The directory list is constructed as an IFrame and its source is accessible
separately so if you must use a different text size than the one the page
designer specified you could view it separately, where it can be resized
without truncation.
