IE 6 Crashing

I frequently get this message when I am in IE:

Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2800.1106, faulting module me2.dll, version 1.0.0.2

I can't seem to find anything posted on this issue. Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve??
