IE 6: Certain Web pages

I'm having a problem with certain web pages displaying.
Web pages using the Western European(Windows) encoding
will display, while pages with Unicode(UTF-8) will not
display. I have tried all the settings; auto-select, etc.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Look for some clues in this article. It's the only one I know that deal with
your type of problem. (not UTF-8 however)

Repair IE it my help.
Add/Remove programs/MS/IE repair...

This is a long shot, could your TIF index be damaged?
Delete/Empty Temporary Internet Cache completely
