IE 6 and Xp will not launch error code

looks like alot of people are having this problem... anlot
of post but no replies to them.... my other browsers works
fine and i can launch IE in guest mode but not in admin
mode???? can find anything fpr a patch. cant reload IE and
cant uninstall IE..???
