IE 6.0

My question address a Tool bar add on, or at leat I think
that is what it is. When I open Internet Explorer, my
Toolbar Displays a Seach Engine "Cool Fang" although when
I Right click and select my preference, the default comes
back after I restart explorer. I am not sure how it got
added or where is came from. If anyone has any answers
onhow I can delete this or why it defaults to the toolbar,
I could use some help. This is separate from my selected
home page etc. It is an additional Toolbar that pops up.
