My IE-60 is corrupted. Can I useeing programs add/delete delete IE-6 and
reinstall it from Microsofts wb site?
 
That depends on your operating system as in most cases, the answer is
"no".
What operating system?

Why is it corrupted? If it misbehaves because of spyware, you have to
remove the spyware.
