Ever since, Hotmail first came out and I had IE _ Ialways used them in
tandem. When Passport came out, I signed up right away. Recently Hotmail
upgraded to a new version and all my computers in the house (3) of them are
okay with IE and Hotmailand passport. One computer however I can get to the
hotmail start page, it will acces for my user ID and passord and then
re-direct and never opens my email account at hotmai. However I do the same
process on my other 2 computers and it works and accesses my email account.
Fine. I just spent the last 2 hours witlh Dell Tech's and they tried
everthing they could think of but to no avail. I was wondering if anyone on
this forum has run into that issue or know the best way to resolve it or is
there a better forum to address this question at

ANy help would be greatly appreciated - Daniel @ (e-mail address removed)

ps: I can hit it okay with Netscape okay from the same computer that will
not allow me to hit it with Internet Explorer.

Interesting... my experience lately has been almost the exact opposite.
In fact, I was beginning to wonder if MS had coded something new into
the hotmail page that prevented it from displaying on a browser other
than IE.

I imagine the problem, whatever it is, is either on Microsoft's end, or
related to the browser cache. Have you tried clearing yours?

I am sort of new to this so am am not sure what you mean by "clearing my
browswer cache" - I have gone into IE Tools, Internet Options - Temp files
and deleted cookies, deleted files(including offline) as well as clear
history. I tried renetering "hotmail.com" and then hitting "ctrl" + enter and
still having a problem. What do I need to do to clear browser cache
