I have attempted to clear and disable all autocomplete stuff (Tools>Internet
Options>Content>Auto Complete), but on one internet web site, it's
constantly putting in additional characters in the password field in
addition to what I have typed dispite the fact it doesn't fill in the
password when the user name is filled in. What must I do to resolve this
issue?

Ignore the additional characters and just try using the password. It will
work. WinXP intentionally displays the wrong number of characters.

Problem is, when I click on "Sign In" on the web site, it comes back as
Password is wrong. I have even went by getting a new password from the web
site and then enter the new password, but still have the same issue.
