Autocomplete troubles-IE 6.0

Hi all,
With all boxes unchecked in the "Autocomplete" section
(located under Internet Options;Content) I try to clear my
Passwords & my PC runs forever. I do a Ctrl-Alt-Del it
says IE is not responding...........What do I need to do
to clear my passwords? Thanks in advance..........Al

Al,
Try it from Control Panel> Internet Options, with no IE windows open. I
don't think that will make a difference, but it won't hurt to try.

If unsuccessful with that, run REGEDIT, make your way to this key
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\IntelliForms\SPW]
export it (Registry> Export) then delete it.

Exporting that key gives you a backup. Double-clicking that REG file will
return the registry to the way it was.
